2 Q.What happens if the removal goes over 1 Hour?
  A.We  will charge you to the nearest half an hour. Please ensure that you have your method of payment ready to pay the driver on completion of the removal. We will continue to charge if you have to go to the cash point, bank or search for your credit or debit card or even if you have to obtain a loan.

3. Q.Do you supply packing material?
A.Yes, we can supply a full range of Packing Material.
You can also rent  tea crate boxes at £2.50 each  £15 Delivery £15 Collection charge.

4. Q.How far in advance do I have to book?
A. The more notice you give us the better, especially if you are moving on a Friday or at the end of the month.
We can usually provide a same day service on

5.Q Can you travel in the van ?
  A.Yes you can just don’t talk to much. The van allows up to two passenger

6.Q.What about parking?
A. Parking:
You, the client, is responsible for ensuring that we can park legally at each address.  
Whilst we use every endeavour to park legally, if we cannot, then it is a condition of our contract that you make an immediate payment to the driver of £50 (£100 if it is on a Red Route). If a ticket is not received this payment will be immediately refunded to you when the job is completed. If a ticket is received the deposit will be forfeit. This payment is wholly for the paying of parking charges NOT as whole or part payment of the moving charges.
If the offence is on a red route within view of a camera then the payment will be retained because we WILL receive a ticket through the post. Payment of any other parking charges (pay and display, meters etc) will also be your responsibility.  
The quote provided is on the assumption that we will be able to park within 20metres of the pick up point. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to revise our quotation.
Our advice is that you obtain a parking dispensation, obtainable from the local authority covering each address here are a few: Westminister Council T:0207 641 4646, Camden 0207 278 4444, City Of London 0207 606 3030,Kensington & Chelsea 0207 937 5464,Hammersmith & Fulham 0207 748 3020

Congestion:
Removals with either pickup or drop-off addresses within the congestion zone are subject to a £8 congestion contribution
Route Navigation:
All our vans are fitted with satellite navigation systems.  Our drivers use these to drive to and from each destination.  If you believe you know a shorter/quicker route to/from your destination please inform your driver. If your route taks longer due to traffic  or a Fathers for justice petition, etc  don’t blame us!!!
Finally we appreciate that moving can be stressful so please try and relax and don’t worry your in safe hands
